ELEN Consulting was responsible for the complete interior and exterior renovation of the center’s food court with new furniture and skylights.  Mall landscaping was updated with new palm trees & planters, seating added in common areas with chairs and couches for visitors to relax and socialize.  Two new water features were built.  Color-programmable, energy-efficient lighting was added, surfaces refinished with new stone tiling and paint, and the mall’s logo, interior graphics and directional signs updated. The Saks 5th Avenue space was subdivided for use by three or four specialty retailers. The 1.7 million-square-foot Fashion Valley has 200 shops and restaurants and is anchored by Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s & JC Penney.
