Tim has been in the electrical design and electrical engineering field for over 16 years.  His principle emphasis in electrical engineering has been within the Civic, Corporate and Commercial Tenant Improvement genres of the industry.

Tim has extensive experience in exterior and interior lighting design.  His principle asset within lighting design is integrating client desires and needs within site and building envelops that meet or exceeds industry energy efficiency standards such as LEED and California Title-24.

Other specific areas of expertise include power and signal systems design for municipal facilities including Fire Stations and Police Stations.   Tim has comprehensive experience within the design build industry working concurrently with electrical contractors and clients on commercial tenant improvement projects and commercial office buildings. Tim has been with ELEN Consulting since the inception of the firm and is one of the founding members of the company.
