Base-wide 12kV electrical distribution upgrade to improve connectivity and redundancy, including critical support to other Base projects. Services provided also included, new double-fed 56MVA Main Substation (Haybarn) and two new 28MVA substations in areas 41 and 63. Also replaced existing 4.16kV system with new 12kV electrical distribution system and added 85 miles of new overhead and underground 12kV distribution lines.
