Valley View Hotel and Casino, Valley Center, CA
ELEN Consulting provided design and construction administration services for the new four diamond hotel, spa, pool, & meeting facility. The hotel structure consists of reinforced concrete & post-tensioned decks, EIFS skin with glazing & adhered stone. It stands at ten stories above-grade & two stories below-grade. The scope of work included extensive site development & revisions to the existing casino structure.
