Dmitriy Nathanson, PE, RDCC, is a founding Principal and the President of ELEN Consulting, Inc., bringing more than 35 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering across the United States and abroad. His career spans a wide range of projects — from major municipal facilities, public safety headquarters, higher education campuses, libraries, and large-scale infrastructure projects — where he has developed an expertise in HVAC, power, lighting, and communication systems.
Well recognized in the industry for his innovative problem-solving and practical engineering solutions, Dmitriy has led numerous design-build and value engineering efforts that balance technical performance with cost efficiency. As a licensed Professional Engineer in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, and a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, Dmitriy brings unmatched depth to complex multidisciplinary projects. He is also an active member of the Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI), reflecting his commitment to continued industry engagement.
