BioLegend’s new 8-acre biotechnology campus in San Diego serves as a world-class research and administrative hub for the development and production of cutting-edge antibodies and reagents used in global biomedical research. The complex integrates approximately 150,000 sq ft of lab space, 80,000 sq ft of office and amenity areas, a soaring 70-foot atrium, a multipurpose room for 500 people beneath a green roof, and a pedestrian bridge connecting to a refurbished administrative building. The campus also features a functional wellness component with fitness and yoga spaces, and a 7-story, 700-space parking garage with photovoltaics and EV charging.
