Project Overview
General Atomics, a leading defense and advanced technology manufacturer, required infrastructure upgrades at its A15 facility in Poway, CA to address aging equipment and improve energy efficiency. ELEN Consulting provided mechanical and plumbing design services for the replacement of the building’s failing cooling tower with new high-efficiency units designed to meet current energy standards. Our work delivered reliable cooling capacity, reduced energy consumption, and modernized building performance in support of ongoing operations. We have also completed a similar project replacing General Atomic’s Heating Hot Water System.
