Project Overview
The P1093 Telecommunications Upgrade is part of a broader utility modernization effort at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, replacing nearly 40-year-old systems to support rapidly growing demands across the installation. ELEN Consulting served as the Designer of Record for telecommunications, developing underground communication infrastructure to enhance system reliability, redundancy, and efficiency in support of Camp Pendleton’s Grow the Force initiative.
