Puesto at Los Olivos in Irvine is a 4,700 square foot full-service restaurant that includes an open dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a central bar, kitchen facilities, and flexible indoor-outdoor seating. The layout supports high-volume dining while maintaining visibility and comfort across both guest and service areas. We provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting system designs for the restaurant. Our team engineered the building systems to support kitchen operations, food service, and occupant comfort, while integrating efficient lighting solutions that enhance the dining atmosphere.
