The Yuma Veterans Affairs  (VA) Clinic is an outpatient health facility serving veterans and their families in Southern Arizona. It provides essential primary and specialty care services—including audiology, mental health, physical therapy, women’s health, and telehealth—supporting a broad range of patient needs. ELEN Consulting provided engineering services for the renovation of the clinic, modernizing electrical, lighting, and communication systems to meet current codes, enhance energy performance,  while ensuring compliance with the VA and industry standards.
